Handle employment-related legal matters.
Maintain hospital accreditation and policy compliance.
Performance Management:
Conduct performance reviews and feedback sessions.
Manage disciplinary actions when needed.
Support staff development through goal setting.
Onboarding and Employee Verification 
Documentation and Induction of the new joining employees.
