Wave Industries is a reputed business conglomerate whose foundation was laid in 1963 by Late Shri.Kulwant Singh Chadha. The legacy was very ably carried forward by his son and the erstwhile Chairman Late Shri. Gurpreet Singh Chadha. It was his wide vision that steered the Company into the direction of excellence and carved a niche for itself.

Wave Industries is the manufacturing division of the reputed Wave Group based in Uttar Pradesh. The Company’s glorious run began in the year 1997-98 which marked its formal entry into the Sugar manufacturing business and since then, there have been no looking back. At present, the Wave Industries is one of the notable Sugar manufacturers in the state of Uttar Pradesh. The Company is proud of being the pioneer of multiple Cane related initiatives that led to the overhauling of the traditional methods of cane loading, cane weighment and payment disbursement to the farmer’s bank accounts, in early century that eventually became the industry norm. Through several research-based cane development initiatives and sectoral innovations, the Company has carved a niche for itself. Principally, Wave Industries is a Sugar Manufacturing Company however in the last few years it has significantly diversified into other allied businesses – Renewable Power Cogeneration and Distillery (bio-fuel and allied products). The Company also has a Steel Manufacturing Plant in Dhanaura equipped with the LRF facility.

The Company is constantly striving to find more ways of harnessing the best-in-class technology for all its Plants to achieve manufacturing excellence through less energy consumption, zero use of ground water and low steam consumption. The Company also aims to launch the Compressed Bio Gas (CBG) facility in near future to produce clean energy which is also the need of the hour.
