HRSALUTION REFUND POLICY

At HRSalutaion, we strive to provide excellent service to both job seekers and employers. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for services purchased on our platform by Employers or other paid users. By using HRSalutaion’s paid services, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Refund Policy.
1. GENERAL POLICY
Refunds are only applicable to services purchased by Employers on HRSalutaion, including but not limited to premium job postings, featured employer listings, and access to candidate databases. Please note that HRSalutaion does not charge fees to job seekers for basic services, so this Refund Policy is primarily directed toward Employers.
2. ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
- Service Not Delivered: If a paid service (e.g., job posting, featured listing) is not delivered or accessible due to a technical error or issue on HRSalutaion’s side.
- Duplicate Payment: If a payment is processed more than once for the same service due to a technical glitch.
- Incorrect or Unapproved Charges: If you were charged for a service that you did not purchase or approve.
3. NON-ELIGIBLE CASES
Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:
- Change of Mind: Once a service has been purchased and activated, refunds will not be granted due to a change of mind.
- Low or No Applications: If you post a job and do not receive the desired number or quality of applications, refunds will not be provided. HRSalutaion does not guarantee specific results, as candidate availability and interest can vary.
- Violation of Terms: If your account or job posting was suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions, no refund will be issued.
- Expired Services: Refunds are not available for services that have already expired or been fully used.
4. REFUND REQUEST PROCESS
To request a refund, follow these steps:
- Contact Support: Reach out to our support team within 14 days of your purchase by emailing [Insert Email] or calling [Insert Phone Number]. Provide your account details, payment information, and reason for the refund request.
- Review Process: Once we receive your request, our team will review the details and determine whether you are eligible for a refund based on the criteria outlined above.
- Refund Issuance: If your refund request is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to be processed.
5. PARTIAL REFUNDS
In some cases, HRSalutaion may offer partial refunds for services that have been partially used. The amount of the refund will depend on the specific service and the extent to which it has been utilized.
6. CANCELLATION OF SERVICES
- One-Time Purchases: For one-time services (e.g., a single job posting), cancellations are not allowed once the service has been activated or the job has gone live.
- Recurring Subscriptions: For subscription-based services, you may cancel your subscription at any time. However, no refund will be issued for any remaining period of the subscription already paid for. The subscription will continue until the end of the billing cycle.
7. EXCEPTIONS
In rare cases, HRSalutaion may, at its sole discretion, offer refunds outside of the outlined terms based on unique or extenuating circumstances. This does not constitute a waiver of our standard policies.
8. THIRD-PARTY PAYMENT PROCESSORS
If you purchased a service through a third-party payment processor (e.g., PayPal, Stripe), their refund policies may also apply. Please refer to the terms provided by the payment processor for further details.
