1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing and using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please discontinue your use of the Platform immediately.

4. SERVICES OFFERED
Hrsalution offers various services to both job seekers and employers:
- Job Seekers: Create a profile, upload resumes, browse job listings, and apply to jobs.
- Employers: Post job vacancies, review applications, and contact candidates.
5. USE OF THE PLATFORM
- For Job Seekers: You agree to use the Platform solely for the purpose of seeking employment opportunities. You must not post false or misleading information about your qualifications, employment history, or skills.
- For Employers: You agree to use the Platform solely for lawful purposes related to employment recruitment. You must not post misleading job advertisements, discriminate in job postings, or engage in unethical recruitment practices.
- Prohibited Uses:
- Uploading or transmitting any illegal, harmful, or offensive material.
- Engaging in activities that violate the intellectual property rights of others.
- Harassing, stalking, or defaming other users of the Platform.
- Impersonating another person or entity.
6. FEES AND PAYMENTS
- For Employers: Hrsalution may charge fees for premium job posting services or access to certain features. All fees will be disclosed upfront, and payments will be processed securely.
- For Job Seekers: Hrsalution does not charge fees to job seekers for using the basic services of the Platform.
7. CONTENT OWNERSHIP AND LICENSING
- User-Generated Content: By submitting or posting content (e.g., resumes, job postings), you grant Hrsalution a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, and transferable license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute such content on the Platform.
- Intellectual Property: All content and materials on Hrsalution, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Hrsalution or its licensors. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
8. PRIVACY POLICY

9. TERMINATION

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hrsalution shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Platform.
12. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hrsalution, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
